Harald Collet, CEO, Alkymi

Harald Collet is the Co-founder and CEO of Alkymi, a company specializing in transforming unstructured data into actionable insights for financial services firms. With over two decades of experience in business development and product innovation, Harald held significant roles at Oracle, Autonomy, and Bloomberg, where he served as General Manager for governance and compliance tools, including the launch of Bloomberg Vault. His expertise lies in leveraging AI to automate complex data workflows, particularly in private markets.
Harald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and has served as a First Lieutenant in the Danish Army. His leadership at Alkymi focuses on empowering business users to harness the full potential of their data, driving efficiency, scale and informed decision-making.

Brad Genser, CTO, Farther

Brad is the Co-Founder and CTO of Farther. He sets Farther's vision for using technology to deliver an elite wealth experience for clients. Prior to founding Farther, Brad worked at Goldman Sachs in New York – where he founded and led an AI team dedicated to Private Wealth, and was an advisor on a team that managed over $1 billion in assets for clients. Brad received both an SM in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from MIT. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he is a two-time Iraq war combat veteran who was awarded two bronze stars.

Tyler Marthaler, Principal Capital Markets Specialist, Amazon Web Services

Tyler Marthaler is a Principal Financial Services Business Development Specialist. For the past 20 years, he has built consulting organizations focused on bespoke technology solutions in the Capital Markets space. He has led programs in fixed income, equity and derivatives trading and risk management systems as well as core market infrastructure including exchanges and securitization platforms. He has worked with both buy side and sell side firms. Most recently he ran technology globally for a boutique global consulting organization.
